I have dedicated a large portion of my life to health, fitness and sport. I started playing football from a very young age. This taught me a lot about team work, physical strength and patience. After deciding to try something new in 2014, I began lifting weights. Ever since then I have worked hard to create what I have now. I want to share this passion with others and help you to create the best version of yourself possible.

I have personal experience of training with Aspergers Syndrome, as well as coaching a lot of clients with ASD and ADHD. Because of this, I have a broad understanding of how these conditions can impact your training and life choices.

My training is what helped me to combat my depression and social anxiety. This has given me the knowledge to design programmes that can help if you struggle with mental health problems as well.
Being Transgender myself, a large portion of my coaching clients are also Transgender and struggle with Gender Dysphoria. Working out can help create your ideal physique and improve your mental health.

To date I have worked with clients that are vegetarian, vegan, lactose and gluten intolerant. My nutritional plans are all tailored to you and can be crafted to fit your specific dietary needs.
